✅ Check-in with your QR code

Go to the Conference Registration Desk (Hotel Lobby / Ballroom Foyer), open Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Scan the QR code on your registration confirmation — on your phone or a printout. You'll walk away with your personalized registration packet: your name badge, other conference materials, and a printed schedule so you always know where to be next.

Where to find your QR code: Your QR code comes from RegFox, our registration site. It's on the registration confirmation email you received when you registered — it is not stored in the conference app. If you deleted the email, go to register.igniterotary.org/2027, click “Resend Confirmation” at the top of the page, and enter the email you used to register. Your confirmation will be re-sent in minutes.

To add it to Apple Wallet (iPhone): open the confirmation email you received from RegFox on your iPhone, then tap “Add to Apple Wallet” in the message and confirm. Can't find the email? Re-send it using “Resend Confirmation” at register.igniterotary.org/2027, as described above. Your pass lives in the Wallet app and also syncs to your Apple Watch, so it's ready the moment you reach the registration desk — even with a weak signal.

On Android or another device? Simply take a screenshot of the QR code in your confirmation and save it as a photo — our scanners read it instantly at check-in.

What about the conference app? Open My Badge and show the check-in QR at the top to staff using the Ignite check-in desk. Staff scanning it records your arrival in RegFox and the portal. The separate Share my contact QR is for exchanging contact details, not check-in. Keep your RegFox confirmation or Apple Wallet pass handy as a backup.

📲 Conference app

Your schedule, sessions and updates live at app.igniterotary.org/mobile. Save it to your home screen before you leave.

In the app, open My Badge to share your contact with a quick QR scan, and use Find Contact to look up fellow attendees who have opted in — perfect for keeping new connections after the weekend.

District Governor's dinner: business casual

Spring weather — mid-60s by day, 40s at night; bring a layer

⛳ Golf Tournament — Thursday, April 15

Kick off Ignite '27 on the links at Wine Valley Golf Club, 176 Wine Valley Road, Walla Walla, WA 99362 — a 4-person scramble with contests like longest drive and closest to the pin. 12:00 PM shotgun start; please eat before you play. Lunches are not provided — the course grill and beverage cart are available at your own expense. Golfers return to the course clubhouse around 4:45 PM for scorecard turn-in and a short 19th-hole awards gathering (wrapped up by 5:30 PM, in time for evening conference plans).

About the course: designed by Dan Hixson, rolling hills in the shadow of the Blue Mountains — par 72, about 7,200 yards from the back tees, with shorter tees for every skill level. Practice facilities and putting greens are open before play, and the course is about 10 minutes from the Marcus Whitman. Course details, directions, the official scorecard and the hole-by-hole guide: golf.igniterotary.org/2027.

Playing with friends? Submit your foursome pairing request and the golf team will do its best to place you together.

Registered golfers: bring your clubs (or ask about rentals), golf attire and a light layer — tee time and check-in details will come from the golf team.

Not signed up yet? Add golf to your registration at register.igniterotary.org/2027.
