Emcee
Jordan Harrison
Executive leader, educator and international speaker
Based in Seattle, Jordan serves as Head of Human Resources for a biotech company and teaches university courses in leadership and communication. A widely recognized Rotary speaker, he has addressed more than 200 clubs and dozens of district and zone events — inspiring members to lead with purpose and deepen community impact. A graduate of San Diego State University and Harvard, he brings energy, warmth and a belief that leadership creates its greatest impact when it opens doors for others.

Clubs present 15-minute stage presentations in the second-floor Native American Rooms. Each breakout slot spotlights three clubs, and across three hours of breakout sessions nine clubs are featured — each club presents a standout current project for 15 minutes. Jordan Harrison emcees every session and highlights ideas club leaders can take home. Clubs can submit a project now.

Eligibility & verification
Open to Rotarians ages 23–35. Enter your date of birth during registration and the young professional rate is applied automatically. The conference team reviews every young professional registration; if it doesn't meet the age requirement, the difference up to the full conference rate will be charged.

Kick off conference week on the fairway. Four-person teams take on Wine Valley Golf Club's dramatic course above the Walla Walla Valley — rolling terrain, sweeping views and a noon shotgun start that leaves the whole evening free.

Make it affordable.
A conference weekend in Walla Walla shouldn't have to strain the budget. A few simple moves — most of them starting inside your own club — can bring the cost down.
Share a room
The Marcus Whitman group rate goes much further when two people share. Ask around your club for a roommate — it's one of the easiest ways to cut your hotel cost roughly in half, and a great way to make a new Rotary friend.
Ride together
Walla Walla is about a 4½-hour drive from Seattle and roughly 3 hours from Portland. Share the drive with clubmates, split the gas and arrive with friends — clubs from across the district often organize a car or van together.

If you're 23–35, the Young Professional rate brings the full conference down to $275. Every bit as much conference — plenaries, House of Friendship and all the fellowship — at a price built for an earlier career.
